Trusted TMR 40-Channel Analog Input FTA -- Rockwell ICS Triplex T8830
The T8830 is a 40-channel analog input FTA for the Trusted TMR safety system, bridging field 4-20 mA / 0-10 V devices to the T8431 AI module via SmartSlot, with per-channel 50 mA fuse, 2500 V isolation, 16-bit / ±0.1% FS, SIL3, DIN-rail mount.
Automation Role -- High-Density SIS Signal Interface
Used in petrochemical, power, rail, offshore SIS loops for pressure/temp/flow acquisition with TMR voting. Hot-swap SmartSlot, channel-level fusing, and onboard LEDs keep 40 signals live--no shutdown for fuse/terminal swap.
